Hunter Check Valve for Pro-Spray and Institutional Sprays

"Low Head Drainage": After the sprinkler system shuts off, there is still water left in the pipes. Gravity pulls the water to the lowest sprinkler head on the system and the water drains out of it.

Check valves prevent water from flowing through the sprinkler once the valve has been turned off. If you install a check valve then you will have to blow out your system when winterizing it.

To install this check valve, unscrew the Pro-Spray sprinkler and pull all the insides out of the canister. Place the check valve on the bottom of the inside shaft, rubber side facing down. Replace all the other inside pieces.
