The PGA electric valve is a plastic globe and angle valve for residential and light commercial applications. It can be installed as an angle valve by changing the position of the bottom plug to the inlet side of the valve. The PGA Series offers versatility at an affordable price. PGA valves have a fabric-reinforced diaphragm for longer life and rugged PVC construction for reliable operation. Some other features are a double-filtered pilot flow to resist debris and clogging of solenoid ports, and closes slowly to help prevent water hammer and subsequent system damage. The PGA valve has a manual internal bleed that operates the valve without allowing water into the valve box.
