The 11000CR Series Valve has a unique "reverse flow" porting design that permits equal pressure distribution on both sides of the diaphragm, regardless of line pressure providing zero stress to prevent "stretching," which is a common cause of valve failure. The 1100CR valves “reverse flow” is also designed for water conservation in the event of failure. The diaphragm's self cleaning ports constantly flex, inhibiting sand and silt from blocking valve action. Some physical features consist of high-strength glass-filled body and cover with 1/4" stainless steel cover bolts and matting brass body inserts.
