By using such service you agree to keep viewable information confidential and to not disclose pricing, availability, and/or other data to anyone other than those within the account’s organization. We have the right to discontinue said service to any person or organization at any time.

Returns
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Product will be received back into inventory without a restocking fee if you are not satisfied with your order. Please send an email, to returns@sprinkler.com, requesting a Return Authorization within 30 days of the date product is received.
All Other Returns:
If for any other reason you need to return an item you may do so within 30 days of the date the product was received. Before product is returned, please obtain a Returns Authorization Number so we know what needs to be done with the returned package. Product returned must be in new condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer will be credited the price of item(s) at purchase minus any discounts on the order. Customer is responsible for shipment and charges to get product back to our Springville, Utah location. Clearance items, special order items, and cut wire/pipe are not returnable.
The steps for returns are as follows:

2. Once a Return Authorization is received, ship returns to:

3. Credit will be applied to original Credit Card and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
Warranty
Merchandise purchased from Sprinkler.com is covered by the warranty set forth by the manufacturer of the product. Sprinkler.com will cover only product purchases made through Sprinkler.com. All warranty issues on clearance items must go through the manufacturer.
The steps for warranty claims are as follows:

2. Once Return Authorization is received, product is to be shipped at the customer's expense to the following address:

3. Replacements/fixed-goods will be shipped to customer at Sprinkler.com's expense.
Sprinkler.com has the right to accept or deny warranty claims and is not responsible for any shipping charges for product not covered by warranty or not purchased from Sprinkler.com.

NEITHER SPRINKLER.COM, HARWARD IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, INC. NOR OUR SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF ANY ALLEGED DEFECTS OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED HEREUNDER, OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF ANY SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
Canada Sales
We currently ship orders to Canada. Please review the following guidelines before placing an order shipping to Canada:
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping
- All shipping expenses are covered by purchaser
- We will email customer the shipping expense totals and wait for approval
- Order will not be shipped until customer has approved shipping charges
- Orders over $1,000 US may be required to make payment through bank transfers
- Approved Letters of Credit are the only exceptions
- All bank / transfer fees are paid by purchaser
- Not all shipments are approved
- No returns or refunds
Limitation of Liability:
We do our best to serve our customers effectively, however we cannot be held liable for merchandise once it has left our location, specifically once it has crossed the country border or is in the process of crossing the country border. We will do all we can within our responsibility to ensure your shipment arrives in a timely manner.
